AI Incentive Travel Planner
The AI Incentive Travel Planner provides preliminary destination and program concepts for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a booking engine, quotation, or guarantee of availability, pricing, hotel accommodations, air transportation, activities, or supplier services.
All recommendations, pricing, availability, and travel arrangements are subject to review and confirmation by Areas Travel and applicable suppliers. Use of the planner does not create a client relationship, reservation, contract for travel services, or obligation to book through Areas Travel.
No Guarantee
While we strive for accuracy, Areas Travel does not guarantee that website content, preliminary concepts, travel information, pricing, or availability is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every traveler or program.
Travel availability, pricing, schedules, supplier policies, entry requirements, and logistics may change at any time.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting an inquiry or requesting travel services. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the required passports, visas, health documentation, insurance, and other documentation necessary for travel.
Areas Travel may assist with travel planning and information, but travelers remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, supplier requirements, and government travel requirements.
Payments and Program Confirmation
Areas Travel does not process payments or confirm travel arrangements through this website or the AI Incentive Travel Planner. Any proposed travel program, pricing, deposit requirements, payment schedules, cancellation terms, change fees, and supplier terms will be communicated separately during the planning and confirmation process.
No travel arrangement is confirmed until Areas Travel provides written confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been received and accepted in accordance with the applicable terms.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry, request travel services, or use the AI Incentive Travel Planner on behalf of yourself or an organization.
Third-Party Suppliers
Areas Travel may coordinate travel arrangements with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, insurance providers, and other third-party suppliers. These suppliers are independent entities and are responsible for providing their own services.
Areas Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, service failures, delays, cancellations, changes, losses, injuries, or expenses caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Private Aviation
Private aviation and charter flight services, when arranged by Areas Travel, are provided by independent, properly authorized air carriers or operators. Areas Travel acts solely as an air charter broker, travel advisor, or coordinator, as applicable, and does not operate aircraft, provide air transportation, or represent itself as the direct air carrier.
The identity of the operating carrier, aircraft details, pricing, applicable terms, and any required disclosures will be provided during the booking and confirmation process. Private aviation arrangements are subject to the terms, availability, operational decisions, and policies of the applicable carrier or operator.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Areas Travel is not liable for delays, disruptions, cancellations, supplier performance issues, lost or damaged property, injuries, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, regulatory changes, travel restrictions, public health events, or third-party actions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Areas Travel, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of this website, materially inaccurate information you provide, or your failure to comply with applicable travel documentation, entry, health, visa, or legal requirements.
Confidentiality
Information shared through this website is handled confidentially; however, submitting a form, using the AI Incentive Travel Planner, or receiving preliminary concepts does not establish a client relationship or create a booking obligation until confirmed in writing by Areas Travel.
